Achyut Digital
For a long time Smriti Samskara existed only as classes, word of mouth and a phone number. Parents in Bengaluru knew where to find us; nobody else did. We had no way for a family in Toronto or Dubai to discover that these classes existed at all, let alone book one.
Achyut Digital is the studio that changed that. They took us online properly, not just a page with our number on it, but the whole thing: the design, the writing structure, a site fast enough to hold a parent’s attention, and the search work that means a family searching for shloka classes in a city we have never visited can actually find us.
They handle the design, the development, the hosting and the SEO, and they have kept the site quick, current and online throughout. A good deal of what we do now reaches families in eight countries because of that work.

Nrithyakshetra
Smriti Samskara is a venture of Nrithyakshetra, a Kalakshetra-trained Bharatanatyam academy in Bengaluru where movement becomes devotion. The shloka and scripture teaching that became this school began there, taught alongside Bharatanatyam, because you cannot dance the stories of Rama and Krishna without first understanding them.
Nrithyakshetra continues to teach classical dance in person in Bengaluru. We share a founding team, a set of mentors and a stubbornness about doing things traditionally and doing them well.
