Krishna Stories Classes in Bengaluru
The Krishna your child will actually remember
Most children meet Krishna twice — as the baby who steals butter, and as the charioteer of the Gita — with nothing in between. The Bhagavatam fills that gap, and it is the richest narrative material in the tradition: Kaliya, Govardhan, the forest fire, Vrindavan. We tell it in sequence, as a story, because that is what it is.

The Krishna your child will actually remember
Our Bhagavad Gita class is philosophy argued on a battlefield, and it suits older children. This is the child Krishna and the young one, taught as narrative — what happened, in what order, and why each episode is remembered. A child can love these stories for years before the Gita will mean anything to them.
This page exists because the city answers to two names and families search with both. Bengaluru is the official one, and it is the one you will see on our address: No 260/55, Tranquil Home, Utthari, Badekatte, Kaggalipura Post, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru South 560082.
The Bhagavatam’s childhood episodes told in their proper sequence
Vrindavan’s cast — Yashoda, Nanda, Balarama, the gopas — kept straight
Each leela discussed for what it means, not only for what happens
Retelling practice, so the child can tell them rather than recall them
The bridge from these stories to the Gita, made explicit
Festival context — Janmashtami, Govardhan Puja — placed in the narrative
Batch timings for Bengaluru
Live classes on IST, scheduled around your week rather than ours.
Weekday 5:30 to 8:00 PM IST and weekend morning batches, scheduled around Bengaluru school hours. Our arts and painting class also runs offline in Jayanagar, which is the one class we teach in person.
We serve every part of the city online, and we keep separate pages for around fifty Bengaluru localities — down to the block in Koramangala and the phase in JP Nagar — because that is the level of detail families here actually type into Google.
What your child walks away able to do

Ten or more leelas retold confidently in the child’s own words
Understanding of what each episode is traditionally taken to mean
A foundation that makes the Gita approachable later on
Krishna Stories Classes, module by module
What a year of krishna stories classes actually covers, in the order we teach it.
Mathura and the Night of the Birth
Kamsa, Devaki, the crossing of the Yamuna. The setup everything after it depends on.
Gokul and the Butter Years
Yashoda, the pot, the rope. The best-loved episodes, and why a tradition keeps its god small.
Kaliya and the Yamuna
The serpent in the river, and the first leela where Krishna is unmistakably more than a child.
Govardhan
The hill lifted and the rain stopped. What the episode argues about ritual, and about protection.
Vrindavan and the Flute
The gopas, the cows, the forest, the music. The world this tradition returns to most often.
Leaving for Mathura
The departure, and the line running from here to the Gita — told so the child sees the join.
Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us about your child
Call or WhatsApp us and say where your child is starting from. For krishna stories classes that matters — the mentor pitches the trial to what they can already do.
2. Free trial with a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with your child for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class of ours for them.
3. Pick a slot that survives the school week
We place your child in a batch built for IST. Weekday 5:30 to 8:00 PM IST and weekend morning batches, scheduled around Bengaluru school hours.
“My son now begins every day with his shlokas, chanting them perfectly, and actually understanding what they mean. What moved me most is how much calmer and more focused he has become.”
Krishna Stories Classes in Bengaluru, FAQs
No. The Gita class is philosophical and works through Krishna’s argument to Arjuna, which suits older children. This is narrative — the childhood and youth from the Bhagavatam — and a seven-year-old can follow all of it.
