Online Yoga Classes in Denmark

One yoga academy for three generations of the family

A household rarely needs one yoga class. The eight-year-old needs movement that feels like play, the parent needs forty-five minutes that fit between calls, and the grandparent needs a practice that respects stiff knees. We run all three as separate live tracks under one roof, so the whole family practises without anyone being taught at the wrong pace.

Why families choose us

One yoga academy for three generations of the family

A mixed-age session or a follow-along video has to aim somewhere in the middle, which means it is too slow for the adult, too long for the child and too demanding for the senior. Splitting by age is not a marketing choice. It is the only way each person gets a class pitched to their own body and a mentor who is actually watching them.

Indian families in Denmark are mostly recent arrivals working in Copenhagen and Aarhus, in IT, shipping and the pharmaceutical industry. The Danish school day finishes early and leans heavily on free play, and parents often tell us they want the one structured, traditional hour in the week to come from somewhere other than school.

Getting started is easy

Three simple steps to begin

1. Tell us who the class is for

Call or WhatsApp us and say who is joining and where they are starting from. For online yoga classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to their age, body and experience.

2. Personal guidance from a mentor

A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with you for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class and batch of ours.

3. Pick a slot that fits your week

We place you in a batch scheduled for CET, around work, family and daily routine rather than across them.

“The Ramayana classes are the highlight of my daughter’s week. She now teaches us the values she learns. As NRI parents in Dubai, this connection to our culture is priceless.”

Questions

Online Yoga Classes in Denmark, FAQs

For most people it works better, because it actually happens. Batches are small and cameras stay on, so the mentor sees each person and corrects alignment live, and nobody has to fit a commute around the class. If you would rather practise in a room, every yoga track also runs in person at our HSR Layout centre in Bengaluru.
