A tablet does not make a child a better artist, it makes a mediocre drawing faster to produce. So this class runs the fundamentals and the software together: construction and value on one side, layers, brushes and colour management on the other. What children want to make — characters, scenes, their own comics — is the vehicle for both.

We will not spend the hour teaching menus. Software changes and the skill underneath does not, so roughly half of every class is drawing and half is doing it digitally. Children arriving with no traditional drawing experience are usually asked to take the pencil class alongside, and we will say so when you enquire.

Weekday 5:30 to 8:00 PM IST and weekend morning batches, scheduled around Bengaluru school hours. Every class also runs in person at our HSR Layout centre in Sector 3, and Arts & Painting additionally runs at our Jayanagar arts studio.
We serve every part of the city online and from our HSR Layout centre, and we keep separate pages for around fifty Bengaluru localities — down to the block in Koramangala and the phase in JP Nagar — because that is the level of detail families here actually type into Google.

Prefer a room, paper and paint on a table?
Arts & Painting runs in person at our arts studio in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and, like every class of ours, at our HSR Layout centre, 243, 16th Main Road, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102. Both use the same mentors and the same curriculum as the online batches. If Bengaluru is within a sensible drive, tell us and we will send the current offline batch timings.

No. Children learn to draw, digitally. We are happy to discuss AI image tools honestly if a batch raises it, but generating images is not a drawing skill and this class does not teach it.
