Online Art Classes for Kids in Mumbai

Art classes that teach technique and India’s own traditions

Most children’s art classes are one of two things: a craft hour where everyone makes the same thing, or a Western fundamentals course that treats Indian art as a decorative afterthought. We teach both halves properly. Observation, line, proportion and colour as real technique, and Warli, Madhubani, Rangoli and Kalamkari as real disciplines with their own rules.

Why families choose us

Art classes that teach technique and India’s own traditions

The test of an art class is whether a child improves at drawing, not whether they come away with something fridge-worthy. Mentors work on grip, proportion and observation from the first class, and because batches are small they can see each child’s page on screen and correct it while the pencil is still moving.

Mumbai parents come to us with a scheduling problem more than a cultural one. The commute here eats the evening, and a class that requires a drive is a class that gets dropped by March. Online solves that specific problem, which is why almost every Mumbai enquiry mentions travel in the first message.

Timings

Batch timings for Mumbai

Live classes on IST, scheduled around your week rather than ours.

Weekday 6:00 to 8:30 PM IST works best for Mumbai, slightly later than our Bengaluru batches, because parents get home later. Weekend mornings are the other popular option.

Families join from Powai, Chembur, Andheri, Borivali, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Warli art has extra pull here for obvious reasons — it is Maharashtra’s own tradition, and we teach it with the Palghar and Thane context intact.

Prefer a room, paper and paint on a table?

Arts & Painting runs in person at our arts studio in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and, like every class of ours, at our HSR Layout centre, 243, 16th Main Road, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102. Both use the same mentors and the same curriculum as the online batches. If Mumbai is within a sensible drive, tell us and we will send the current offline batch timings.

Getting started is easy

Three simple steps to begin

1. Tell us about your child

Call or WhatsApp us and say where your child is starting from. For online art classes for kids that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to what they can already do.

2. Personal guidance from a mentor

A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with your child for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class of ours for them.

3. Pick a slot that survives the school week

We place your child in a batch built for IST. Weekday 6:00 to 8:30 PM IST works best for Mumbai, slightly later than our Bengaluru batches, because parents get home later.

“My daughter used to freeze on stage. After a few months of public speaking classes, she confidently delivered a speech at her school assembly. The mentors are patient and truly gifted.”
