Storytelling classes that teach a child to hold a room
Storytelling is the most transferable skill we teach. A child who can shape a story, pace it, and read a listener’s face has the underlying machinery for every presentation, interview and conversation ahead of them. We teach it as craft: structure, voice, pause, gesture, and the discipline of cutting what does not earn its place.

Storytelling classes that teach a child to hold a room
Reading aloud well is not storytelling. Storytelling is what happens when the page is gone and the child has to carry the room themselves. Every class ends with children telling, not reading, and the correction is on delivery, not pronunciation.
Prayagraj, at the Sangam, hosts the Kumbh and Magh Mela and has a long scholarly tradition; a family here is never far from a learned person or a recitation. What we add is narrower: a small fixed weekly batch with English-medium explanation, for children whose school week leaves no room for anything less structured.
Voice work: modulation, pace, and the deliberate pause
Gesture and eye contact trained, not left to instinct
The Panchatantra and Jataka tales as source material
Every child tells aloud in every class, without exception
Batch timings for Prayagraj
Live classes on IST, scheduled around your week rather than ours.
IST weekday evenings, 5:30 to 8:00 PM, and weekend mornings. In a Magh Mela month, when the city is transformed and travel is hard, we would rather hold your child’s place than mark absences.
Online only, taught from Bengaluru. If your child already learns from a local pandit, we would suggest you keep that and treat us as the supplement.
What your child walks away able to do
Telling a five-minute story from memory, holding attention
Deliberate control of voice, pace and pause
Original stories with a working structure

Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us about your child
Call or WhatsApp us and say where your child is starting from. For online storytelling classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to what they can already do.
2. Personal guidance from a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with your child for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class of ours for them.
3. Pick a slot that survives the school week
We place your child in a batch built for IST. IST weekday evenings, 5:30 to 8:00 PM, and weekend mornings.
“My son now begins every day with his shlokas, chanting them perfectly, and actually understanding what they mean. What moved me most is how much calmer and more focused he has become.”
Online Storytelling Classes in Prayagraj, FAQs
Related but not the same. Storytelling teaches a child to hold attention with narrative, and suits ages 4-13. Public speaking teaches structured argument, impromptu speaking and stage delivery, and suits 7-15. Storytelling first, if you are choosing.
