Prenatal Yoga Classes in Qatar
Pregnancy yoga that changes as your body does
The body at twelve weeks and the body at thirty-four weeks need very different classes. Prenatal yoga here is planned trimester by trimester: gentle movement and rest while energy is low early on, more space and support as the bump grows, and breathing and relaxation throughout. It runs only with your obstetrician’s go-ahead.

Pregnancy yoga that changes as your body does
A regular yoga class, even a gentle one, includes lying on the belly, deep twists, hard core work and long periods flat on the back, many of which are unsuitable in pregnancy. Following a video means guessing which to skip. In this track the mentor knows your stage and any advice from your doctor, and every pose is chosen for it.
Indians are the largest expatriate community in Qatar, and most families here live in and around Doha with children in CBSE or Kerala-board Indian schools. What Qatar does not have is a public temple, so the shloka a child learns is learned at home or nowhere — which is exactly the gap a live class fills.
Practice adjusted to your trimester, and re-adjusted as you move through it
Supported poses using a chair, wall, cushions and bolsters
Breathing and relaxation practices for calm through pregnancy
Practise at home, without travelling to a class while pregnant
Batch timings for Qatar
Live classes on AST (UTC+3), scheduled around your week rather than ours.
Qatar is two and a half hours behind India with no daylight saving, so a 5:00 to 7:30 PM weekday class in Doha is 7:30 to 10:00 PM in India, comfortable for both ends. The Qatari weekend is Friday and Saturday, and weekend batches are scheduled on those days, not on the Indian Sunday.
What you walk away able to do
A safe, gentle routine suited to your current stage of pregnancy
Comfortable positions for rest when the body feels heavy
Slow breathing practices to use when you feel anxious or tired
Inside the prenatal yoga classes curriculum
A few of the modules a year of prenatal yoga classes covers. The full sequence is on the class page.

- 04Rest and Relaxation
Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us who the class is for
Call or WhatsApp us and say who is joining and where they are starting from. For prenatal yoga classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to their age, body and experience.
2. Personal guidance from a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with you for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class and batch of ours.
3. Pick a slot that fits your week
We place you in a batch scheduled for AST (UTC+3), around work, family and daily routine rather than across them.
“The storytelling program transformed my shy son. Last month he confidently narrated a Panchatantra tale at his school assembly. The mentors are patient, warm and world-class.”
