Warli Art Classes for Kids in Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Warli, the whole world drawn from three shapes
Warli is built from a circle, a triangle and a line, and out of those three shapes the Warli people of Maharashtra draw harvests, weddings, hunts and the tarpa dance. For a child it is the clearest possible lesson in how much you can say with very little, and it is the one folk form a five-year-old can genuinely do well.

Warli, the whole world drawn from three shapes
Because Warli looks simple, it is usually taught as a stick-figure exercise. What gets lost is that it is narrative art — every panel is a scene with people doing something together. We teach the vocabulary and then the composition, so the child ends up telling a story rather than scattering figures.
Rajajinagar is old west Bengaluru, laid out in numbered blocks and stages, with a settled Kannada and Marwari community and a long tradition of temple and cultural life. Our enquiries here often come from joint families, which changes the conversation, there is usually already someone at home invested in the outcome.

Arts & Painting runs in person at our arts studio in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and, like every class of ours, at our HSR Layout centre, 243, 16th Main Road, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102. Both use the same mentors and the same curriculum as the online batches. If Rajajinagar is within a sensible drive, tell us and we will send the current offline batch timings.
Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us about your child
Call or WhatsApp us and say where your child is starting from. For warli art classes for kids that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to what they can already do.
2. Personal guidance from a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with your child for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class of ours for them.
3. Pick a slot that survives the school week
We place your child in a batch built for IST. Weekday 5:30 to 8:00 PM IST, plus weekend morning batches.
“My son now begins every day with his shlokas, chanting them perfectly, and actually understanding what they mean. What moved me most is how much calmer and more focused he has become.”

Five, comfortably. It is the folk form we recommend first, because the vocabulary is three shapes and a young child can produce something genuinely good in the first class rather than an approximation.
