Pranayama & Meditation Classes in Germany
Learn to breathe on purpose, then learn to sit still
Everyone breathes, and almost no one is taught how. Pranayama is the part of yoga that trains the breath deliberately, slowing it, lengthening the exhale, balancing one nostril against the other, and meditation is what that steadier breath makes possible. This class puts both at the centre instead of leaving them for the last five minutes.

We usually reply within the hour
Learn to breathe on purpose, then learn to sit still
A meditation app plays a calm voice and hopes you follow. It cannot tell that you are holding your breath, straining at the top of the inhale or drifting off after a minute. A live mentor watches the breath itself, corrects the count and the posture, and builds your sitting time up gradually so stillness becomes a skill rather than a struggle.
Most of our German families are here for work rather than for a generation, often in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin or Stuttgart, and often expecting to move again. That changes what they want: continuity. A class that survives the next relocation, because it is online and follows the child rather than the address.
Breath and meditation as the main practice, not a closing afterthought
Techniques taught in a safe order, from simple abdominal breathing upwards
Posture for sitting comfortably, on the floor or in a chair
A live mentor who watches the breath and corrects strain
Batch timings for Germany
Live classes on CET, scheduled around your week rather than ours.
Weekday 5:00 to 7:00 PM CET is the standard German slot, which is a comfortable late evening in India. Saturday morning batches are available. We track the CET and CEST switch so your slot does not silently move.
Children in this group are frequently juggling German school alongside an Indian language at home and English at the class, so mentors keep instruction in plain English and go slower on Sanskrit terminology.
What you walk away able to do
A slower, fuller natural breath through the day
Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari and other pranayama done correctly
A daily meditation habit of ten to twenty minutes

Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us who the class is for
Call or WhatsApp us and say who is joining and where they are starting from. For pranayama & meditation classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to their age, body and experience.
2. Personal guidance from a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with you for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class and batch of ours.
3. Pick a slot that fits your week
We place you in a batch scheduled for CET, around work, family and daily routine rather than across them.
“The Ramayana classes are the highlight of my daughter’s week. She now teaches us the values she learns. As NRI parents in Dubai, this connection to our culture is priceless.”
