Pranayama & Meditation Classes in Singapore

Learn to breathe on purpose, then learn to sit still

Everyone breathes, and almost no one is taught how. Pranayama is the part of yoga that trains the breath deliberately, slowing it, lengthening the exhale, balancing one nostril against the other, and meditation is what that steadier breath makes possible. This class puts both at the centre instead of leaving them for the last five minutes.

Why families choose us

Learn to breathe on purpose, then learn to sit still

A meditation app plays a calm voice and hopes you follow. It cannot tell that you are holding your breath, straining at the top of the inhale or drifting off after a minute. A live mentor watches the breath itself, corrects the count and the posture, and builds your sitting time up gradually so stillness becomes a skill rather than a struggle.

Singapore is two and a half hours ahead of India and has the most academically loaded school week of anywhere we teach. Singaporean parents are usually explicit that they want something that does not add to the homework pile, which we take seriously when setting practice.

Breath and meditation as the main practice, not a closing afterthought

Techniques taught in a safe order, from simple abdominal breathing upwards

Tools you can use anywhere: at a desk, in traffic or before sleep

Sitting time built up gradually, from a few minutes to longer sessions

Timings

Batch timings for Singapore

Live classes on SGT, scheduled around your week rather than ours.

Weekday 6:00 to 8:00 PM SGT, after school and before dinner, is the standard slot. Saturday mornings run as well and fill quickly. Practice for Singapore batches is deliberately kept to ten minutes a day, because these children genuinely do not have more.

Families come to us from across the island, and a good number found us because their child already learns Bharatanatyam and the shloka work was the missing half.

What you gain

What you walk away able to do

Getting started is easy

Three simple steps to begin

1. Tell us who the class is for

Call or WhatsApp us and say who is joining and where they are starting from. For pranayama & meditation classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to their age, body and experience.

2. Personal guidance from a mentor

A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with you for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class and batch of ours.

3. Pick a slot that fits your week

We place you in a batch scheduled for SGT, around work, family and daily routine rather than across them.

“The storytelling program transformed my shy son. Last month he confidently narrated a Panchatantra tale at his school assembly. The mentors are patient, warm and world-class.”

Pranayama & Meditation Classes in Singapore, FAQs

That is the most common starting point. We begin with breath-led practices of a few minutes and lengthen them gradually, so the ability to sit still is trained rather than expected.
