Prenatal Yoga Classes in Ireland
Pregnancy yoga that changes as your body does
The body at twelve weeks and the body at thirty-four weeks need very different classes. Prenatal yoga here is planned trimester by trimester: gentle movement and rest while energy is low early on, more space and support as the bump grows, and breathing and relaxation throughout. It runs only with your obstetrician’s go-ahead.

Pregnancy yoga that changes as your body does
A regular yoga class, even a gentle one, includes lying on the belly, deep twists, hard core work and long periods flat on the back, many of which are unsuitable in pregnancy. Following a video means guessing which to skip. In this track the mentor knows your stage and any advice from your doctor, and every pose is chosen for it.
Ireland’s Indian community has grown quickly over the last two decades, carried largely by doctors and nurses in the health service — many of them from Kerala — and by engineers in Dublin’s tech sector. Most of these families are the first generation abroad, which means the grandparent who would once have taught shlokas is usually a video call away rather than down the hall.

Batch timings for Ireland
Live classes on GMT, scheduled around your week rather than ours.
Ireland keeps UK time, so the same after-school weekday window works here: 4:30 to 6:30 PM Irish time, which is 9:00 to 11:00 PM in India in winter and an hour earlier in summer. Saturday morning batches run too. Families working hospital shifts can move between batches week to week.
Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick are where most Indian families in Ireland live. Irish families usually sit in the same batches as UK children, since the clock is identical.
What you walk away able to do

Three simple steps to begin
1. Tell us who the class is for
Call or WhatsApp us and say who is joining and where they are starting from. For prenatal yoga classes that matters — the mentor pitches the first class to their age, body and experience.
2. Personal guidance from a mentor
A real, live class, not a sales call. The mentor works with you for the full session and then tells you honestly whether this is the right class and batch of ours.
3. Pick a slot that fits your week
We place you in a batch scheduled for GMT, around work, family and daily routine rather than across them.
“My son now begins every day with his shlokas, chanting them perfectly, and actually understanding what they mean. What moved me most is how much calmer and more focused he has become.”
Prenatal Yoga Classes in Ireland, FAQs
No, and no class can promise that. Many women find gentle movement and breathing help them feel calmer and more comfortable, but delivery depends on many factors your medical team manages.
